We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Admission Sales Counselor
to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The role involves counseling leads, understanding their needs, pitching relevant programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admissions
Participate in walk-ins, counseling sessions, and admission drives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
0.6 to 4 years of experience in admission counseling, inside sales, or education sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing, negotiation, and sales pitching abilities
Comfortable with targets and performance-driven roles
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
