Role Overview

As an Admission & Outreach Intern, you will play an important role in promoting our school, generating leads, and helping families find the right educational environment for their children.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and build connections with local coaching centers, tuition teachers, and communities.

Promote school admissions (Nursery-12th) through one-to-one interaction and local outreach.

Counsel parents or refer them to the school for admission queries.

Collect and maintain a database of leads and conversions.

Use social media, WhatsApp, and word-of-mouth marketing for admissions awareness.

Eligibility / Skills Required

Students / fresh graduates professions with good communication and networking skills.

Smart, confident, and persuasive personality.

Comfortable interacting with parents, teachers, and coaching centers.

Basic knowledge of social media promotion is a plus.

Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.

Stipend & Commission

Fixed stipend: ?3,000 - ?5,000 (based on performance & area).

Attractive commission: ?500 - ?2,000 per confirmed admission.

Performance bonus for top performers every month.

Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation (on successful completion).
