Title : Marketing & Admission Operations Executive



Preferred - Male



Key Responsibilities



1. LeadSquared /CRM Management - Core Responsibility



Daily monitoring and hygiene of leads in LeadSquared (LSQ) Ensure correct lead stage movement as per defined admission funnel Support schools in resolving LSQ-related operational issues Generate daily, weekly, and monthly LSQ reports for management

2. Admissions Funnel & Data Tracking



Track complete admission funnel across all schools. Fresh ? Walk-in ? Application ? Admission

3. Reporting & Dashboards

Prepare accurate and timely reports such as:

Daily Admissions Tracker Coordination with Schools & Central Teams Weekly DECWAT & Funnel Report Ensure uniform data process across all 6 schools
Ensure data accuracy between: LSQ system & School shared data

4. Campaign & Activity Support



Support execution tracking of Admission-related Events / Activities. Track: Data collected, LSQ update. May require visit to schools/event venues.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong working knowledge of LeadSquared CRM (Mandatory)

Excellent command over Excel / Google Sheets: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot tables Data validation Basic dashboards Strong data handling and reporting skills Open to travel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
