Key Responsibilities:



Application Review:

Evaluate subagent-submitted student applications to ensure they meet admission criteria and follow internal guidelines.

Follow-ups & Verification:

Liaise with subagents to clarify discrepancies or collect missing documentation in student applications.

Application Processing:

Handle applications for international students enrolling in ELICOS, VET, colleges, and universitiesincluding course-related actions such as deferrals, extensions, and cancellations.

Record Maintenance:

Accurately manage student records and supporting documents within the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and complete.

Institution Coordination:

Communicate with partner institutions to track application progress, follow up on decisions, or provide additional student details as required.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on application progress and outcomes to the Operations Manager.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) Experience in education consultancy or admissions processing (1-2 years preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
