Brainware University is seeking dynamic, result-oriented Admission Officers/Admission Executives/Admission Counsellors to drive student enrolments across West Bengal. The role involves extensive field visits, relationship building with schools and stakeholders, conducting career counselling sessions, and guiding prospective students toward suitable academic programmes.



The position requires proactive engagement with schools, students, and parents to promote the University's academic offerings. The role demands strong communication skills, counselling abilities, and target-driven performance to ensure successful student acquisition.

Job Summary:

Brainware University is seeking dynamic, result-oriented Admission Officers/Admission Executives/Admission Counsellors to drive student enrolments across West Bengal. The role involves extensive field visits, relationship building with schools and stakeholders, conducting career counselling sessions, and guiding prospective students toward suitable academic programmes.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum educational requirement: Graduate and above. Candidates with prior experience in education counselling, student acquisition, or institutional outreach will be preferred.

Responsibility:

Visit schools across various districts of West Bengal to discuss career opportunities with Class 11 & 12 students. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, and other institutional stakeholders. Implement, execute, and monitor student-acquisition marketing strategies. Conduct seminars, counselling camps, school visits, and participate in educational fairs. Generate leads through multiple channels and ensure consistent follow-up to achieve weekly/monthly admission targets. Interact with prospective students and parents to provide detailed guidance on academic programmes. Counsel students to help them make informed decisions regarding career paths and course options. Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions in a performance-driven environment.
