Key Responsibilities
Handle all admission-related inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, fees, and policies.
Manage the end-to-end admission cycle including application form distribution, collection, verification, and follow-up.
Support parents in understanding fee structures, payment schedules, and policies.
Track lead conversions and support follow-ups to improve admission numbers.
Ensure compliance with school admission policies and regulatory guidelines.
