We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Admission Officer (Telecalling) to join our Admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing accurate information about courses/programs, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring smooth conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
Male candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students on available courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career prospects.
Maintain and update enquiry database on a regular basis.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
Assist in completing admission formalities, documentation, and fee collection.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Achieve admission and enrolment targets set by the management.
Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain professionalism during communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related areas).
Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, or counselling (Education sector preferred).
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student/parent queries with patience and clarity.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
