Role Objective


The Associate - Admission Executive is a front-line sales professional responsible for driving student enrolments by converting inquiries into confirmed admissions. This role focuses on lead conversion, relationship building, revenue generation, and achieving monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively engage with walk-in, inbound, outbound, and digital leads to maximize admissions conversion. Counsel students and parents on government exam preparation programs, eligibility, outcomes, and career pathways using a consultative sales approach. Identify student needs, address objections, and effectively close admissions through persuasive communication. Promote the institute's value proposition, success rates, faculty expertise, infrastructure, hostel facilities, and personalized academic support. Explain course fees, payment plans, scholarships, and financial assistance options to drive timely closures. Collect course fees, follow up rigorously on pending and balance payments, and ensure revenue realization. Handle fee collections and cash transactions responsibly in coordination with the accounts team. Maintain accurate CRM/LSQ data, track lead stages, and ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratios. Achieve assigned admission targets, revenue goals, and conversion benchmarks consistently. Analyse admission funnel data and contribute to sales strategy improvements. Participate in admission drives, counselling events, school/college fairs, and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize lead quality and enrolment outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven sales or admissions experience preferred (education sector advantage). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM/LSQ systems. Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
