Roles and responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads (students, parents, etc.) to inform them about several educational courses.
Contact potential enquiries via call or messages to introduce the courses.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about programs, fees, admission procedures etc. to the students.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students to address their queries and concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interaction with students.
Explain program details, eligibility criteria, admission process, and any other relevant information to interested individuals.
