Key Responsibilities



Engage with parents and students through tele-calling and counseling sessions to understand their learning needs. Recommend suitable online or offline programs and enroll students based on their requirements. Meet weekly enrollment targets and achieve key performance metrics. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and maintain accurate records. Manage, update, and track student and lead data in the CRM system. Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments through outbound, inbound, and follow-up calls. Collaborate with team members to improve conversion rates and meet overall sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term, trust-based relationships with students and parents. Use CRM software and digital tools to monitor leads, streamline the enrollment process, and enhance student engagement.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or higher (Required). 0-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Counseling. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of social media platforms and email campaign tools is an added advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in

Malayalam and English

. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high performance. Quick learner with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements



Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Kochi or be willing to relocate before joining. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Required).

Pay: ₹11,878.32 - ₹42,010.57 per month
