Job Role and Responsibilities:
Handling Incoming Calls:
Attend and address inquiries from prospective students and parents,through incoming calls.
Provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and other related queries.
Follow-Up on Filtered Calls:
Contact potential leads and applicants as filtered and shared by the telecalling team.
Guide them through the admission process, address concerns, and encourage application completion.
Handling Walk-In Inquiries:
Attend to visitors and walk-in candidates at the admission office.
Conduct face-to-face counseling, provide necessary information, and guide them through available programs and enrollment steps.
Calling Digital Leads:
Reach out to leads generated through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Follow up consistently to ensure maximum conversions and address specific queries related to online information.
Training and Support for Telecalling Team:
Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to the telecalling team to improve call quality, lead conversion, and overall performance.
Share best practices and support the team in achieving targets and goals.
