Job Responsibilities
Engage with parents and students to understand their learning needs.
Recommend suitable online or offline learning programs.
Meet weekly enrollment targets and performance objectives.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate documentation.
Manage and update student and lead data in the system.
Convert assigned leads through inbound, outbound, and follow-up communication.
Collaborate with the team to improve conversions and achieve sales goals.
Provide excellent support to build trust with students and parents.
Use CRM and digital tools to streamline processes and track leads.
Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum
1 year of experience in Sales
(mandatory).
0-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Counseling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of social media or email tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in
Malayalam and English
.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
