Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end admission operations for assigned courses
Lead, monitor, and guide admission counselors and HR staff
Schedule, oversee, and conduct student and parent counselling sessions
Ensure timely follow-ups on leads generated from ads, walk-ins, and referrals
Track admission status, conversions, and daily performance reports
Coordinate with marketing and management teams on lead quality and intake targets
Maintain accurate records of interviews, follow-ups, and enrollments
Ensure admission targets are achieved consistently
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
in admissions, education counseling, or institute management
Proven ability to handle admission targets and team performance
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience managing counselors or admission teams
Ability to analyze lead data and improve conversion rates
Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools
Fluent in English (Malayalam preferred)
