Job Summary



We are hiring an Admission Officer to connect with prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and support them in choosing the right program. The role involves converting leads, providing counseling, and meeting sales targets.

A short self-introduction video is mandatory while applying.



Key Responsibilities



Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining program benefits and admission details Provide personalized guidance to students and their families Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webinars Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain interest and close admissions Maintain accurate student and activity records in the CRM Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admissions

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to handle student queries and guide them effectively Target-driven approach with good follow-up discipline Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms

Self-introduction video submission is mandatory


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
