As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students -- providing information, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth and supportive admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential students through phone, email, and chat to guide them through the admission process.
Present program details effectively and help applicants make informed decisions.
Work toward and achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to enhance student engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in admissions, student counseling, or education sales, with a proven record of achieving targets.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
