Key Responsibilities
Prospective Student Engagement:
Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries received via phone, email, and in-person. Provide comprehensive and accurate details about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and the application process promptly.
Application Management:
Efficiently process, verify, and monitor application submissions and supporting documents. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and tracked systematically for timely completion.
Enrolment Support:
Offer tailored guidance and continuous support to applicants throughout the admissions and final enrolment stages, effectively resolving any related queries or issues.
Outreach & Event Coordination:
Plan, execute, and participate in key institutional events, including campus open houses, informational sessions, orientation programs, and external education exhibitions. Professionally represent the institution at promotional activities.
Data Integrity & Analysis:
Accurately maintain all applicant records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Generate analytical reports to monitor admission metrics and identify enrolment trends.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all admission procedures and activities strictly adhere to both internal institutional policies and relevant educational regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner effectively with the marketing department on promotional strategies and liaise with academic faculty to address the specific needs of incoming students.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively solicit feedback from new students and applicants to suggest and implement enhancements to the overall admissions and onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (a background in Commerce is advantageous).
Experience:
Prior professional experience in student admissions, or a customer service-focused role is preferred, though we welcome applications from qualified
