Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Officer Fresher to join our team at Catalyst Education in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students find the right academic opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Guide students in choosing suitable academic programs and career paths. Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and eligibility. Counsel students and parents to understand their educational goals and recommend appropriate programs. Maintain student data and ensure smooth follow-up from inquiry to enrollment. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to achieve admission and sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
Requirements:

Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline (Education or related field preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education, counselling, or sales. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an advantage). Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personalit.
