Admission Executive

Role Overview:


The Admission Executive is responsible for handling the end-to-end student admission process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for prospective students and parents. This role involves both telesales and face-to-face interactions, requiring strong communication, counselling ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities



1. Inquiry Handling & Telecalling



Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Follow up with leads from campaigns, social media, referrals, and walk-ins. Ensure consistent communication to achieve admission conversion targets.

2. Walk-in Support



Welcome and engage walk-in visitors with a warm and professional manner. Understand their requirements, clarify questions, and guide them through the admission journey.

3. Program Familiarity



Develop an in-depth understanding of all courses, faculty strengths, hostel/transport facilities, and academic processes. Present program highlights clearly and confidently to prospective students and parents.

4. Documentation & Database Management



Maintain accurate and updated enquiry and admission records in CRM or student management software. Ensure proper documentation of admissions and timely submission of required forms and files.

5. Counseling & Conversion



Assess student interests and guide them in selecting suitable courses. Use persuasive communication techniques to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

6. Fee & Payment Handling



Explain fee structures, scholarship criteria, offers, and payment plans transparently. Process fee payments, generate receipts, and update financial records accurately.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or any relevant field. Prior experience in admissions, telesales, front office, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and handle concerns with patience and clarity. Good organization and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
