About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with high-volume customers while counseling students and parents about Lakshya's programs, helping them select the most suitable courses.
Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales and referral targets.
Engage with customers directly (in-person) to create awareness and provide detailed information about Lakshya's offerings.
Convert leads generated through calls and various marketing initiatives into successful admissions.
Expand the sales pipeline by identifying potential referrals through the existing customer network.
