About the Role:



As part of the

Admissions & Sales team

, this role focuses on developing strong relationships with students and parents while driving admissions through effective counseling and strategic sales initiatives. The position demands a blend of people skills, product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and sustain long-term, strategic relationships

with high-potential and existing customers by understanding their academic goals and guiding them through suitable course options at Lakshya.

Provide personalized counseling

to students and parents, helping them make informed decisions about the courses that align with their aspirations.

Achieve and exceed individual sales and referral targets

, demonstrating strong ownership and commitment in an individual contributor capacity.

Engage directly with customers (face-to-face)

to present and explain the various programs offered by Lakshya in an informative and persuasive manner.

Convert leads

generated through inbound calls, walk-ins, and other marketing channels into confirmed admissions.

Identify and utilize referrals

from existing customers to expand the prospective student base and strengthen the overall sales pipeline.

Record and update daily activities

on CRM systems and Google Forms to maintain accurate and up-to-date data on interactions and conversions.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively

to close admissions while ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Demonstrate strong counseling and sales skills

by addressing all queries related to courses, fee structures, and career prospects, ensuring high conversion from inquiry to enrollment.

Guide prospective students and their parents

through Lakshya's learning experience, showcasing the value and quality of education the institution offers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:



Customer Understanding:

Strong awareness of student and parent behavior, preferences, and decision-making patterns.

Target Orientation:

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to work relentlessly towards achieving and surpassing business goals.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in

English and Malayalam

, along with professional etiquette and presentation skills.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a

six-day work schedule

.

Experience:

A minimum of

1 year of B2C sales experience

, preferably within the

education sector

, with a proven record in academic or admissions counseling.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,839.29 per month
