The Admission Officer (Sales) will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding academic programs, admissions procedures, and career pathways while achieving sales and admission targets. This role requires a blend of counseling, relationship-building, and sales skills to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries, converting them into admissions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and admission targets.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to promote programs.
Maintain updated knowledge about academic programs, industry trends, and competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners.
Assist in organizing promotional events, open houses, and workshops.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
Target-oriented mindset with proven sales acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or ERP tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
