We are looking for an Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs and support them throughout the admission process. The role involves counseling students, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries and follow up with leads generated through various channels. Counsel students on course options, eligibility, and career opportunities. Guide students through the admission process including documentation and fee submission. Provide detailed information about academic programs, schedules, and policies. Achieve admission and counseling targets set by the management. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in the CRM system. Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to support student requirements. Stay updated with educational trends, curriculum changes, and career pathways. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high student satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support (Ed-Tech preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide students with empathy and professionalism. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting admission/counseling targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
