Identify and generate new student leads through calls, emails, field visits, and digital campaigns.
Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and benefits.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other referral sources.
Participate in education fairs, career guidance seminars, and promotional events to represent the institution.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Maintain and update CRM/admission databases for accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inquiries, leads, and admissions.
Meet and exceed assigned admission and revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and educational industry developments.
