The Admission Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, guiding students and parents through course/program details, and ensuring smooth enrollment in the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student admission inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Process application forms, verify documents, and maintain admission records.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding.
Assist in admission campaigns, seminars, and outreach programs.
Ensure compliance with admission policies and guidelines.
Prepare reports on admission status and maintain student databases.
