We are looking for a dynamic and approachable Admission Executive to manage the admissions process and serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families. This role combines counseling with target-based tele sales, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries through phone, email, walk-ins, and proactive telecalling.
Conduct target-based tele sales to convert leads into admissions.
Provide accurate details on programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Review applications, verify documents, and track submissions for timely completion.
Guide applicants throughout the enrollment process with personalized support.
Coordinate admission-related events such as open houses, campus visits, and orientations.
Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM systems and prepare reports on conversions and trends.
Collaborate with marketing for outreach initiatives and academic teams to resolve applicant concerns.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and education regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or target-based tele sales preferred.
Strong communication in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
