Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management
Engage with prospective students and parents through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate information regarding programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
Application Processing
Review and verify applications for completeness and accuracy.
Track document submissions and ensure timely completion of requirements.
Admission Support
Guide applicants through each stage of the enrollment process.
Address queries with personalized assistance to enhance the applicant experience.
Event Coordination
Organize and support admission-related events such as open houses, campus visits, and orientation programs.
Represent the institution at education fairs and promotional events.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM systems.
Prepare and analyze reports to track enrollment trends and goals.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and education regulations.
Stay updated on policy changes and incorporate them into processes.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team on outreach initiatives.
Liaise with academic departments to resolve applicant concerns effectively.
Continuous Improvement
Collect and share feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to enhance the admissions experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
Essential Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
