Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and approachable Admission Executive to oversee the student admissions process. As the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and supportive enrollment experience. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and committed to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities



Inquiry Management

Engage with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide clear and accurate information on courses, eligibility, and admissions procedures.

Application Processing

Review and verify applications for accuracy and completeness. Track and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Admission Support

Guide applicants through all stages of the enrollment process. Address queries and provide personalized support to ensure a positive experience.

Event Coordination

Organize and participate in campus visits, open houses, and admission-related events. Represent the institution at external education fairs and promotional activities.

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM systems. Generate and analyze reports to monitor progress toward enrollment goals.

Policy & Compliance

Ensure adherence to institutional policies and educational regulations. Stay updated on admission policies and implement necessary changes.

Collaboration

Work with the marketing team on outreach and recruitment initiatives. Coordinate with academic departments to resolve applicant-specific concerns.

Continuous Improvement

Collect feedback from applicants and new students to improve the admissions experience.

Required Experience



Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Essential Skills



Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking ability Calm and efficient in high-pressure situations

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
