. This role involves managing student inquiries, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain updated records of student interactions and application status
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process
Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, school visits, and webinars
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in
sales within an educational institution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a passion for education and student engagement
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluency in English and Malayalam
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
