Guide students over phone or/and in person through their course selection process .
Conduct outbound calls and follow-up calls on daily basis with prospective students and their parents
Rapport building and converting the enquiries into admissions.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Listening to the queries and concerns of the students/parents and advise them accordingly.
Responsible for scheduling and conducting structured counselling sessions over phone or video.
Have excellent counselling skills and proven expertise in Academic Sales. Clarifying all doubts and queries related to courses, fees, so on. and convert Enquiry into Admissions
Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales and revenue.
