Job Purpose
To plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies and admissions processes to achieve enrollment targets, enhance the school's brand visibility, and ensure a positive admissions experience for prospective parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual marketing and branding strategies aligned with the school's vision and values.
Promote the school's academic programmes (IB, Cambridge, etc.) through digital and offline channels.
Manage the school's website content, social media platforms, advertisements, brochures, and newsletters.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, open houses, school events, exhibitions, and education fairs.
Build and maintain relationships with preschools, corporates, relocation agencies, and community partners.
Track marketing performance, analyse leads, and submit regular reports to management.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional materials.
Admissions Responsibilities
Manage the complete admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
Handle parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, website leads) professionally and promptly.
Conduct school tours and counselling sessions for prospective parents and students.
Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and documentation.
Maintain accurate admissions data,ERP, and student records.
Support parents through the onboarding and induction process after admission.
Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions operations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents.
Collaborate with academic leaders to communicate curriculum strengths and student outcomes.
Represent the school at external events and promotional forums
