Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our

Admission Department

. The ideal candidate will assist students and clients with

college/university admissions, documentation, and visa application support

for

Canada.



Key Responsibilities



Handle

student admission applications

for Canada Manage

offer letters, fee payments, and documentation

process Coordinate with colleges/universities for

conditional/unconditional offers

Guide students about

course selection & eligibility requirements

Maintain accurate records of applications and client communication Assist in preparing files for

study visa & spouse visa cases

Provide

timely updates

to clients and the counseling team

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate (any stream), preference for

Commerce/Management/English background

Prior experience in

admission/immigration industry

preferred Strong communication skills (English + Punjabi/Hindi) Knowledge of

college/university portals & admission process

Good computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM tools) Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
