. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the application and admission processes across multiple countries including the

New Zealand, and Australia

, with a key focus on

Canada

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete admission processes, including documentation and submission, as per the country-specific requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission checklists for all study destinations. Coordinate with internal teams and support branches in processing applications efficiently. Use and maintain data through the company's CRM system effectively. Track and regularly update the status of applications and student records in CRM. Communicate with college/university representatives for updates on applications, fee receipts, deferments, and refunds. Pre-screen student applications to identify missing information or documents, and communicate clearly in one go to avoid delays. Share timely updates regarding changes in university/college requirements or application statuses with relevant team members. Ensure all requests related to assessments, applications, offer letters, fee deadlines, receipts, LOAs, refunds, etc., are handled promptly and accurately. Maintain accurate and organized records of all student applications. Generate clear and error-free reports for internal use. Provide timely support and updates to ensure smooth and effective application processing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline. Minimum

1-2 years

of experience as an

Admission Officer

. Strong knowledge of

Canadian

admission application processes and experience in lodging Canada student visa applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional demeanor. Well-versed with CRM systems and comfortable with technology.
