EuroSchool Whitefield is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Admission Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, and will play a key role in guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from parents via phone, email, and in person.
Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
Schedule and conduct campus tours and admission meetings.
Follow up with prospective parents to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admission applications.
Support admission events such as open houses and orientations.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to streamline the admission process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in admissions, front office, customer service, or related roles preferred.
Fluency in English is a must
- both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
