Key Responsibilities:
Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Maintain and update student databases, leads, and follow-up records.
Assist in organising admission events, counseling sessions, and school/college visits.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing.
Achieve admission targets within specified timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Management/Commerce/Education).
Prior experience in counseling/admissions/telecalling will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
