Handle incoming inquiries through phone, email, walk-ins, and social media platforms.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads to maximize admissions and meet enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admission software regularly.
Organize campus tours, admission events, webinars, and information sessions.
Coordinate with academic and support teams for timely processing of applications.
Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of admitted students.
Address student queries professionally and resolve admission-related concerns.
Provide timely reports on lead conversions and admission performance.
Assist in creating promotional content and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
