Admission Officer Cum Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing detailed information on programs, eligibility, costs, and the application process. Review and process student applications and supporting documents, ensuring all requirements are met. Develop and implement proactive sales and marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet enrolment targets. Conduct outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to potential feeder institutions (e.g., high schools, community colleges). Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as open houses, educational fairs, and information sessions, to promote the institution and its programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and key external stakeholders to ensure positive conversion rates. Conduct interviews and assessments to determine applicant suitability and potential.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, or customer service is highly advantageous.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging diverse audiences.

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a target-driven, self-motivated mindset.
