Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound admission calls for the
assigned zone only
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and admission process
Manage follow-ups, documentation coordination, and admission status tracking
Maintain accurate lead data and daily call reports
Coordinate with internal teams for zone-specific cases
Achieve defined
zone-wise admission targets
within timelines

No independent authority to alter fees, policies, or admission terms
All work to be performed as per centralized admission guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Required
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills (local language preferred)
Comfortable with calling-based work and follow-ups
Willing to take responsibility for a fixed geographical zone
Preferred
Experience in admissions, education counseling, tele-calling, or sales
Familiarity with local schools, colleges, or academic environment
