Plan, implement, and oversee the complete admission cycle including lead generation, counseling, application processing, selection, and enrollment.
Monitor daily inquiries, conversions, and admission funnel performance.
Train and guide admission counselors to ensure consistent and effective communication with students and parents.
Maintain and update admission policies in compliance with UGC/AICTE/NEP guidelines.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital, offline, and PR) to promote the university's programs and brand.
Collaborate with creative teams for campaigns, brochures, videos, and admission collaterals.
Manage social media presence, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing campaigns for student recruitment.
Design and execute promotional events, education fairs, campus tours, and webinars.
Outreach & Relationship Management
Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, career counselors, and education consultants.
Represent the university in national and international education fairs.
Organize open houses, school visits, alumni interactions, and corporate tie-ups for brand visibility.
Data & Reporting
Use CRM/ERP systems to track leads, applications, and conversions.
Generate reports on admission trends, ROI on marketing campaigns, and enrollment outcomes.
Provide insights for continuous improvement in marketing and admission strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or Education.
5-10 years of experience in
admissions, marketing, or student recruitment
(preferably in higher education).
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
