Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries for courses/programs
Counsel prospective students and parents on course details, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets independently
Coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams for smooth onboarding
Handle fee-related queries, documentation, and admission formalities
Provide post-admission support until student onboarding is complete
Ensure compliance with company admission policies and SOPs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred)
0-1 years of experience in
admissions, academic counseling, or EdTech sales
Strong communication, counseling, and persuasion skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admission targets
Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
