Regional Admissions Manager

Position Summary



The Regional Admissions Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to drive student outreach, engagement, inquiries, and admissions for Sreenidhi University. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and the ability to represent the university professionally across all assigned territories. The position involves extensive travel, stakeholder coordination, and a deep understanding of regional educational landscapes.

Primary Responsibilities



Outreach & Engagement



Lead and manage outreach activities across assigned districts. Conduct institutional visits, presentations, student interaction sessions, and counselling drives. Establish productive relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching centres, and community networks. Coordinate with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.

Admissions Support



Guide prospective students and parents throughout the admissions cycle, providing accurate information and professional counselling. Work closely with tele-counselling teams and the admissions office to ensure timely follow-ups and efficient application processing. Support enrollment operations, including documentation, verification, and onboarding requirements.

Regional Representation



Serve as the university's representative in official events, education fairs, exhibitions, and corporate engagements. Ensure high standards of brand visibility and institutional positioning within the region. Maintain professional conduct aligned with the university's values and policies.

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Maintain accurate data logs, visit reports, and stakeholder databases. Collaborate closely with the Head Office for alignment on campaigns, updates, and strategic initiatives. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership



Support, supervise, and coordinate with field staff, outreach executives, and regional support teams. Provide guidance, training, and direction to ensure effective execution of plans. Maintain discipline, accountability, and performance standards within the field operations team.

Manager 1 - North & Central Telangana



Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, Medak, Siddipet, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Peddapalli, Nirmal, Mancherial, Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad.

Manager 2 - South & East Telangana



Warangal, Hanumakonda, Jangaon, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Nalgonda, Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Mulugu, Vikarabad, Mahabubnagar, Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jayashankar Bhupalpally.

Manager 3 - Coastal & Central Andhra



Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Alluri Sitharama Raju, East Godavari, Kakinada, Konaseema, West Godavari, Eluru, Krishna, NTR, Guntur.

Manager 4 - Rayalaseema & South Andhra



Bapatla, Palnadu, Prakasam, Nellore, YSR (Kadapa), Annamayya, Tirupati, Chittoor, Kurnool, Nandyal, Ananthapuramu, Sri Sathya Sai, Parvathipuram Manyam.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree required; , Master's degree (MBA preferred). 3-7 years of experience in admissions, outreach, business development, or educational services. Experience in handling large geographic regions and diverse demographics preferred. Proven track record in relationship management and field operations.

Work Environment & Travel

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
