who can lead our Business Development Executives (BDEs), conduct demo sessions for students & parents, and
drive conversions to achieve admission targets
. The Admission Manager will be responsible for both
team performance
and
direct closures
.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
weekly online demo sessions
(Sundays 4-5 PM, additional sessions if required).
Handle
student/parent objections
(fees, refund, scholarship doubts) and close admissions.
Train and guide BDEs in lead qualification, pitch, and demo scheduling.
Monitor daily BDE performance (calls, demos fixed, follow-ups).
Push the team to achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain admission pipeline reports and share
weekly performance updates
.
Build strong relationships with students & parents to increase trust and conversions.
Suggest improvements in pitch, marketing material, and process flow.
Requirements:
Proven
2-4 years experience
in EdTech admissions, B2C sales, or education consultancy.
Strong
closing skills
- must have a record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills (English + Telugu preferred).
Ability to lead a team of 4-6 BDEs and drive results.
Comfortable with
online presentations/demos
and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
