To lead and manage the admissions process, ensuring enrolment targets are achieved through effective counseling, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute the complete admissions cycle
Lead and mentor the admissions counseling team to achieve enrolment targets
Develop and implement admission strategies to improve conversion rates
Coordinate with marketing teams to manage leads and outreach campaigns
Counsel parents and students, addressing queries and guiding decision-making
Track admission data, prepare MIS reports, and analyze trends
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and partners
Manage walk-ins, follow-ups, and admission closures
Improve admission processes to enhance parent/student experience
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred)
Background in education, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in admissions, sales, or enrollment management
Prior experience as an Admission Manager or Senior Counselor preferred
