The Admission Manager will own end-to-end admissions and operational execution for all Stratist Academy programs.

You will manage enquiries, counsel prospects, close admissions, coordinate onboarding, and ensure every learner has a smooth transition from enquiry to classroom.
This role needs ownership, follow-through, and discipline. There is no room for loose handovers or missed follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counselling
Handle all inbound enquiries from website, campaigns, WhatsApp, calls, and referrals
Understand learner background, goals, and eligibility before pitching programs
Clearly explain program structure, outcomes, duration, fees, and placement support
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain strict follow-up discipline until closure or clear rejection
Meet monthly admission and conversion targets
Operations & Learner Onboarding
Manage admission documentation, payment coordination, and confirmations
Ensure learners are onboarded into the correct batch and communication channels
Coordinate with marketing, trainers, and operations teams
Act as the first point of contact for learners post-admission
Resolve queries professionally without escalation delays
CRM, Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead and learner data in CRM and trackers
Track enquiry source, conversion ratios, drop-offs, and reasons
Share weekly reports on leads, admissions, and pipeline status
Identify bottlenecks in admission flow and suggest process improvements

Exposure to placement coordination or learner success roles
Requirements
1-3 years experience in admissions, education sales, counselling, or service consulting
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp conversations, and follow-ups
Clear thinking and ability to explain outcomes, not just features
High ownership mindset -- tasks are closed, not carried forward endlessly
Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using CRM, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
