Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Admission Manager to handle student admissions and lead conversions. The role involves counseling prospective students, managing inquiries, telecalling, and converting leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, fees, and career prospects Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms Guide candidates through the complete enrollment process Maintain accurate records in CRM/internal systems Achieve calling and admission conversion targets

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities Target-driven and proactive approach Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (any stream preferred) Experience in education counseling/sales/telecalling is an advantage

Salary:

?30,000 - ?50,000 per month (based on experience)
