Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Canada Admission Manager to lead and manage student admissions for Canadian universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Canada study visa processes, university requirements, and student counseling, along with proven team management and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Canada admissions process for students (UG, PG, Diploma programs). Provide accurate counseling on Canadian universities, colleges, programs, intake timelines, and eligibility criteria. Review student profiles and recommend suitable institutions and courses. Handle application processing, offer letters, and follow-ups with institutions. Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRCC visa guidelines and documentation requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (visa, documentation, sales) for smooth student onboarding. Track admission status and maintain updated student records in CRM systems. Guide and mentor admission counselors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and college representatives. Stay updated with changes in Canada immigration policies and admission regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Canada admissions. In-depth knowledge of Canadian education system, SDS & Non-SDS processes. Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently. Experience in handling teams and achieving conversion targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience with overseas education consultancy. Strong understanding of offer letters, GIC, SOPs, and admission documentation. Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Benefits Competitive salary package (30-40k).
