The Admission Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolments by counselling prospective students, presenting program offerings, and guiding them through the admission process. This role requires strong communication, sales orientation, and program expertise to ensure high conversion rates and successful student onboarding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, admissions processes, and career opportunities.
Confidently
pitch MBA programs
, address queries, handle objections, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Stay updated with
MBA specializations, market trends, career paths, and B-school insights
to provide accurate guidance.
Manage the entire
admission funnel
, from inquiry handling to enrolment confirmation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student details in
CRM systems
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and events.
Prepare admission reports, track conversion ratios, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Ensure empathetic listening, personalized guidance, and a positive admission experience for every student.
Organize counselling sessions, webinars, and workshops to promote programs.
Contribute insights for improving program positioning and student outreach strategies.
