Position Overview:

LurnEx Skill Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, dynamic, and result-oriented Female Admission Manager to manage and execute the student admission process from inquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for working in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Counsel students and parents to help them choose appropriate programs and courses. Follow up with leads to achieve admission and conversion targets. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns, events, and student onboarding. Maintain student records, admission data, and CRM entries accurately. Prepare regular admission updates and performance reports for management. Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for students and parents.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA candidates preferred; however, bachelor's degree holders are also encouraged to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experienced candidates with a background in admissions, counseling, or customer service will be given preference. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
