Supervise and guide admission officers/counselors.
Provide training to ensure consistent and effective admission practices.
Monitor team performance against goals and KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary contact for prospective students and families.
Build strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and external partners.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and government regulations.
Maintain transparency, fairness, and integrity in the admissions process.
Responsibilities
Admissions Process Management
Oversee application review, entrance tests, interviews, and selection processes.
Develop and maintain admission guidelines, criteria, and policies.
Ensure timely communication with applicants at every stage.
Student Recruitment & Outreach
Plan and execute admission campaigns, open houses, school visits, and information sessions.
Develop marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team.
Manage digital outreach and online inquiries.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate admission records and student databases.
Generate periodic reports on admission trends, conversion ratios, and enrollment status.
Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Customer Service & Counseling
Provide counseling to students and parents regarding course options, eligibility, and career paths.
Address queries, complaints, or grievances related to admission.
Ensure a positive and supportive applicant experience.
Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in the admission process and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor practices.
Introduce new technologies (CRM, automation tools) to streamline operations.
