Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end student admission processes across all BSVT campuses. Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media. Provide academic counseling to prospective students and parents to help them choose the right program. Conduct presentations and student engagement programs in colleges, ITIs, and polytechnic institutions. Maintain admissions dashboards, enquiry follow-ups, and ensure target achievement. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities. Support in organizing admission campaigns, seminars, and career guidance events. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for enrolled students. Maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher (Education / Business / Engineering background preferred). Minimum

4-6 years experience

in admissions/counseling in a college or training institution. Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Kannada/Hindi).

Skills

Ability to handle student queries and convert leads into admissions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM-based admission tracking. Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to work with teams. Experience in career counseling and student support services. Ability to travel for field visits, institutional tie-ups, and recruitment drives. Good convincing skills and strong customer relationship management.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
