We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Manager to lead and manage the admissions process across our school network. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, marketing, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive admissions through effective outreach, parent engagement, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
Lead and guide the Admission Counsellors and field team.
Plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities.
Conduct parent meetings, counselling sessions, and school tours.
Build strong relationships with parents, communities, and feeder schools.
Monitor and manage leads, inquiries, and conversions using internal tools.
Organize promotional events, open houses, and community engagement programs.
Coordinate with academic and school leadership teams for smooth admissions processes.
Track admissions performance and share weekly/monthly reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred) or Bachelor's with relevant experience.
Experience: 2-5 years in admissions, sales, or educational marketing (school experience preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Attitude: Energetic, result-oriented, confident, and able to handle parent interactions.
Work Style: Target-driven, organized, and capable of leading a team.
Mobility: Willing to travel for outreach and school visits
